E8T Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and E8T Developments Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (13381177), trading as E8T (“E8T”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By accessing or using the E8T website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Platform.

1. About E8T

 

E8T operates a digital engagement and rewards ecosystem that allows users and venues to connect, participate in campaigns, and collect or earn E8Ties - digital collectables and branded experiences.

 

E8T Developments Limited trades under the brand name E8T, and E8Ties is a registered or pending trademark of E8T Developments Limited.

2. Eligibility

 

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

• Comply with all laws applicable to your use of E8T, including those relating to digital assets, data, and consumer protection.

 

If you use E8T on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

 

You may need to create an E8T account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration;

• Keep your login details secure and confidential;

• Accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.

 

E8T reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including if it suspects fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Digital Wallets and Third-Party Services

 

4.1. Supported Wallets

 

E8T integrates with Telegram Wallet and may also support other third-party digital wallets (collectively, “Third-Party Wallets”) for managing digital assets such as Telegram Stars, E8T tokens, and E8Ties.

 

You understand and agree that:

• Your wallet is provided and controlled by a third-party service provider, not by E8T.

• E8T does not host, control, or have access to your wallet, wallet keys, balances, or recovery phrases.

• You are solely responsible for setting up, maintaining, and securing your wallet, including safeguarding private keys and access credentials.

• E8T is not liable for any loss, theft, unauthorised access, technical failure, or transaction error relating to your wallet or any third-party service.

 

4.2. Third-Party Terms

 

By using a Third-Party Wallet or Telegram Stars, you agree to be bound by that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policies. E8T is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, those agreements.

 

4.3. Responsibility for Transactions

 

Transactions carried out using Telegram Stars or other third-party wallets are processed externally. E8T:

• Does not process or store payment information;

• Cannot reverse, refund, or cancel transactions once confirmed on the relevant network.

 

All such transactions are final and subject to the respective platform’s refund and dispute policies.

5. Purchasing and Earning E8Ties

 

5.1. Purchases

 

Users may purchase E8Ties™ or related digital items using Telegram Stars or supported payment options. Prices, availability, and purchasing methods are displayed at the point of sale.

 

5.2. Rewards and Earnings

 

Users may earn E8T tokens by engaging with campaigns, venues, or data-sharing opportunities as described within the Platform. E8T reserves the right to determine, modify, or discontinue any reward mechanism at any time without prior notice.

 

5.3. Nature of E8Ties

 

E8Ties and E8T tokens are digital collectables and participation rewards, not financial instruments. They:

• Have no guaranteed or intrinsic monetary value;

• Are not investments, securities, or currency substitutes;

• Are non-redeemable for cash or other financial consideration.

E8T makes no representation or warranty as to their future value, usability, or transferability.

6. Venue Accounts and Subscriptions

 

Venues may register with E8T to access engagement tools, insights, and promotional utilities.

 

6.1. Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance.

• Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• E8T may modify pricing or features with at least 30 days’ notice.

 

6.2. Cancellations

 

Venues may cancel their subscription through the Platform at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. User Conduct

 

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose;

• Upload or transmit harmful or malicious code;

• Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorisation;

• Misuse the E8T brand, E8Ties, or digital assets for unauthorised commercial purposes.

 

E8T reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including suspension, deletion, or legal enforcement.

8. Data and Privacy

 

Your use of E8T is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal data.

 

By using E8T, you consent to our data practices as set out in that policy.

E8T may use anonymised or aggregated data for research, analytics, or platform improvement.

 

E8T complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Intellectual Property

 

All content, software, features, and branding on the Platform are the exclusive property of E8T Developments Limited or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation, text, images, graphics, code, and trademarks such as E8T and E8Ties.

 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from E8T materials without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Platform and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

E8T makes no guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with all devices or wallets.

 

E8T does not warrant that E8Ties, tokens, or integrations with third-party wallets will retain any specific value, availability, or usability.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• E8T is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

• E8T is not responsible for wallet failures, Telegram or third-party outages, or technical errors beyond its control.

• E8T’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to E8T in the preceding twelve (12) months.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E8T Developments Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or E8Ties;

• Your breach of these Terms;

• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Termination

 

E8T may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms;

• Your use poses security or legal risks;

• E8T discontinues the Platform or part thereof.

 

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease immediately.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of E8T after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
