E8T provides:

• Ai-powered automation employees for business operations
• Integration services with existing business systems
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Token-based engagement systems (E8Ties)
• API access for custom integrations

3Account Registration

To use certain features of E8T, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use E8T services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated systems to extract data (scraping)
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

5Ai Employee Services

E8T Ai employees are automated systems designed to assist with business operations. You acknowledge that:

• Ai employees may make errors and require human oversight
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving Ai-generated outputs
• Ai employees should not be used for decisions requiring human judgment in critical matters
• Performance may vary based on data quality and system configuration

6Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7Data and Privacy

Your use of E8T is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to provide services and as described in our privacy policy.

8Intellectual Property

E8T and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by E8T Developments Ltd. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

E8T shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use E8T ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
